Is not working!

I knew when I clicked onto this game for my grandson ( age 3 ), there would be ( in app purchases); no problem. However... there is a big problem! I clicked agreeing to pay .99 plus tax for him to play the knock down game! Nothing! All it wanted was for me to pay AGAIN! Like an idiot, I paid again, suspecting the game would state: Already paid-reject my 2 nd payment, and finally allow my excited young grandson to play. This didn’t happen! Now, I’m not a happy purchaser...at all! Now...I will have to trouble myself to contact Apple and go through unnecessary shi# tomorrow to get this mess fixed! GRrrrrrrrrrrrr! Why! Why! Why! Is this another SCAM out of CHINA!
