Holding my redemption
I want a minimal amount of $54 and they won’t release it to my PayPal account. I’ve redeemed so many other times before that. Not as much as I’ve been spending on their app, but I want a little and I’ve always gotten my money in my PayPal account within 5 to 10 minutes. They’re not even answering. I’ve sent an email to their email address and I’ve also tried to direct. My issues to the customer support in the chat box which is useless. Answer that the only answers you get are from robots asking you if you want any assistance, they just keep repeating themselves. They are illegally holding my redemption

Hit NOT Fortune
I only gave this a 5 star so people can see how pathetic this app is. I actually deleted the app, I downloaded this other app called Wild Spades but guess what… it’s still Hit Fortune hidden in disguise LOL. So I’m like why not play again even though I deleted the original app. Logged in with my same email and password. Just to find out I had 2 separate accounts. On the original app I’m on VIP 3 and on my other account through wild spades I’m on VIP 2. And when you get to VIP 4 you can request for free SC through Telegram. This whole time I thought I had one account. So I told them and they said I couldn’t combine the 2 accounts since it’s two different platforms. But I was like isnt it both Hit Fortune though? Why can’t you combine the 2? I should be on VIP 4 but they messing with me. Don’t download this game. They got a whole scheme going on if you ask me. Better off downloading Lavish Luck or Gleaming, Jackpot Go, Cidar Casino. I actually won $10,000 on Lavish Luck. So I know it’s legit. Unfortunately I can’t play with them anymore but that’s okay. At least I won from a real app that pays out and not on no BS.

Bad Support
So my mom and I absolutely LOVE HitFortune! My mother lives with me so her and I will be depositing money to the game, sometimes paying for each other on the same card, well mine and her account have been completely locked, as in we both cannot whatsoever deposit money, I have wrote support multiple times and I have been unable to get a response from them!! All we want is to do what we enjoy doing together but this NONEXISTENT support is wild. Please do better because again we love this game but you’re going to lose two paying customers because your “support team” is NO help. This is not the first time either….so someone, please help us out so we can get back playing our FAVE casino app. Thanks
