SC coins disappeared from my account
The last time I was playing the game I had about 10 of those SC dollars or whatever they are and I left for a little bit to go run a couple errands and I came back home and was about to play the game and I signed back on and I said I had zero. So where did they go?and I can't get a hold of nobody in customer service because they don't have a number to call. Scratch the Itchš¤š¤
So besides being a wonderful Wife and Mother and being very good at my job. I like to go to the the casino for fun and push ALL the buttons. But I can get a little carried away at times I can admit that, it was starting to be NOT fun. And I was staying out longer than I normally would have trying to win my money back. And I was taking time away from my family. So these games are exactly what I needed to scratch that itch to push buttons. Also I feel comfortable with providing my information and itās safe. I can win some money and be at home at the same time. I might go lock myself in my bathroom for a little bit so I can get into my games in peace. But I am glad this is available for us. I searched for online slots and this is the only one that is working for me.

Beware of the Algorithm
Has to be hands down the craziest algorithm I have ever seen. Statistically thereās no possible way to lose like on this game. It doesnāt even come close to being real. I know thereās no real ābookā to blackjack but if there were, this game throws it out of the window if a moving train! You stand on 17? Youāre going to lose. Stand on 19? Lose! Iāve played on tables at numerous casinos and honestly Iāve never seen anything like this. Iāve never lost on so many 18, 19 and 20s. I tried changing my betting strategy, bet different denominations from least to most, switched tables, you name it - I tried it - well, I guess I didnāt try whatever works. This is trash!

Stealing my money
I rarely write reviews. This has happened to me several times now. I emailed and complained and nothing was done. Iāll be playing for .20 a spin, before I even realize whatās going on, my money is gone and my bet is for 3.00. I NEVER bet with 3.00, and this is the 3rd time I lost all my money cuz the game changed my bed from .20 to 3.00. Im so done with this game. The powers that be do absolutely nothing about this when Iāve reported it. BE CAREFUL cuz theyāll do it to you too.

Misleading
I absolutely loved the appā¦.at first. First, it is supposed to be a blackjack game, but you can only play it for game creditā¦WTH? The biggest issue is that it absolutely WILL NOT allow you to accrue the MINIMUM $25 to withdraw. I am assuming you must make a purchase before it will allow you to reach that amount. I say this after having played for multiple weeks on different devices. If they lived up to their claims, this would truly be a five star app. Due to misleading claims and discourtesy to players, I can give it 3 stars at bestā¦:(

Iām winning the money. Theyāre just not paying it out. Itās ok
I used to enjoy this app, but Iāve recently noticed some issues that are disappointing. The free daily bonuses, which are a big draw, donāt seem as honest as they appear. When you spin the wheel and receive an extra gift š, it looks like youāre getting a bonus. However, whatās actually happening is that the app temporarily deducts from your total SC count and then adds it back, making it seem like you received something extra. This approach feels misleading and has really diminished my experience with the app.

When you sign up, the game gives you a few dollars. When you spin, you immediately start winning, but not enough to meet the $25 minimum cash out threshold.
After you are done spinning the initial gift funds, the winning stops completely. I had very close to $25, and then made a deposit of $10. I lost almost every spin, and only made a few cents.
This site is purely a scam. They lure you in by making it look like itās a honest site where you can win, get you to deposit, and then donāt allow you to accumulate the necessary $25 to cash out.

Misleading BUT eventually does pay
They make you spend money to increase your VIP level so your withdrawal wait time can be decreased, and when I you, for exampleā¦.get to the gold level VIP from spending X amount of dollarsā¦.the app says that your withdrawal timeframe will be ONE HOUR.
This is the second time that Iāve submitted a withdrawal (Redeem) request and not only is it NOT sent to me within an hourā¦.it says itās delayed 1 to 2 hoursā¦.but again JUST like the last, Iām going on 10 hours waiting for my payment.
Why is it that your game says if I spend enough money with you my withdraw wait time will be less, but when it comes time to send a payment, my wait is nowhere near what the app says it will be?!

Double Ad
Why does this ad that is about GOGO GOLD a cash slots game wind up being Hit or Stand when u hit the download button? Iāve seen at least 3 ads that are exactly the same. I looked up GOGO Gold in the Appand Store. Itās NOT THERE. I had previously downloaded GoGo Gold and deleted it. They mustāve replaced GoGo Gold with this. This is also slots.

Gaming app that is awesome
I cannot say enough about this app. Iāve been playing this game and when itās time to redeem your money, they never give you a hassle never and Iāve tried a lot of these apps. I have deleted them all. Believe me this is the only one we need. There were six stars. Iād give them seven.
Bogus redemption
The game is pretty cool besides when itās time redeem winnings, I tried to redeem my winnings and it FAILED and the message I received said unusual behavior on my account potential fraud and all my winnings have been forfeited. Iāve committed no fraud I simply played the game and won. I got a message saying I need to contact them when I attempted to contact customer service. Email does not work and thereās literally no other way to contact them, but it says to contact them and theyāll contact you back ASAPā¦

This is a five star review for a game that does not meet up to its commercials or tad whatsoever. Talk about this game giving 300 within the first time you play and itās not you loaded up the game and gives you no reward except you win by giving you one high reward and try for the rest of your time playing I recommend you not purchase.

Hit or stand
I play two other games that have the same games as this one and the other two on the will spin when you get the sevens and you do the other special part of this game the classic I guess is what it would be called. I like it better because this one shakes and itās not you donāt ever win anything on it and this one you donāt get as many winnings and jackpots as you do the other one the spins are stupid so I tend to say that this is OK I like the game thatās why I play it but as far as the way it is Iām not a number one fan.

I get to my redeemable money I won, 1k and it tells me to finish my task or mission etc. Gives no detail to do that ! That you even have to do more once you win 1k . It advertises win 1k redeemable for cash pay out , thatās it . Does not do what it says or gives you instructions that you have to do more to get your money . An enhanced familiar setup
Itās the best way I can describe what the initial opening page to this game is like. But itās more alive. It is actually exciting to play some of these games again. Great job at giving the games a face lift, per say. I am really enjoying playing them again. Yay!

Of all the casino apps Iāve played this one is by far the biggest scam setup out there. Do your self a favor and try not to give in to this app. They say itās not set up and all by chance but thatās the furthest from how it is. they get 1 star for the game not crashing. Somehow I think if there was a 21 to be had it wouldāve crashed.. i play $200,000 worth of coins. i won about three hands every time that I had 17 or higher they beat it every single time without fail itās a scam.
