App needs to be updated I think

I loved this app before I got my new phone. It worked great and we loved collecting the virtual badges. I have looked everywhere on their website and through here to find contact information. But I guess the only way is to leave this review and hope that someone sees it. The app no longer launches on my iPhone 11 and I can’t use it. Which is very disappointing.
