No accountability
My first time dealing with a Traveler. The guy's literally said to put in the Delivery address the front desk, now it seems like he decide to keep my shoes. Hitchhiker did nothing to help. Kept saying terms and conditions state that it has to be delivered and signed to the traveler in person. Stupid terms and conditions, if 90% of the clients would be staying at hotels, then most likely the front desk will sign on their behalf. They were no help at all, lost alot of money from my first dealing. Save ur money use a reputable drop box company instead

This is simply a scam for travelers, they never pay your reward after completing a trip.
Do NOT use this app ever.
I completed my last trip and never got paid for it. I had to send an email just to ask for my earnings, and even after that, there was no payment.
Every time I email them, I get no real solution and no clear answer. They keep delaying and ignoring the issue.
This company is dishonest and untrustworthy. I strongly warn everyone to stay away from this app.

They becomes scammers
I have been used this app for many years as traveller and they was gives the money from the trips in time but recently they becoming scammers , i had made trip from London to Cairo and I used the app and i picked up some staff from some people to be delivered from London to Cairo after I finished all delivery they told me within 7 days you will receive your money but I never received my money for more than a month and I have contacted them more than 6 times they done reply back sometimes and another times email me we are working on solve this problem and I never received any money so I advice the travellers don’t use this app anymore

I have completed my trip 50 days ago and didn’t receive my money, I tried to contact them many times first they said it will take 7-10 working days then they said we have transferred the money to my account and I will get it then they said we have a problem and we will let you know when we will fix it they they stop responding and I did not receive my money don’t use it.

If you are a traveler you are automatically accused of doing something wrong and no support. Your money can be lost and they play games by paying you in Egyptian pounds and charging shoppers dollars. Very disrespectful in their emails and are not willing to help you, and if you complain they kick you out. If you are a shopper your items can be lost and as usual no support. It maybe a good idea but the people running it have a very low IQ and should be selling koshary under a bridge. نصابين وحراميه سرقين مني فلوس ومش عايزين يودعوها في حسابي. بلاش الناس دي. ولاد شرموطه.

Terrible company
I have used this app before and it was amazing from start to end. This recent trip was just horrible. It’s been over 2 month and still not paid, first they waited till I emailed them asking for my payment to say I need an Egyptian bank account cuz portion of the money need to be in Egyptian pound which is none since if I’m not Egyptian and don’t have an account that’s it u don’t get paid. I found someone I trust that I can use their account and still nothing. I emailed them several times asking why isn’t at least the portion that’s going to my American account processed, no answer. I emailed again requesting information still no response. So my next step is reporting the company for fraudulent so no one else go through this scam.

Scammers and thieves
They make a lot of roadblocks to reward the travelers and keep the money that paid by the shopper to themselves.. I have all the emails that proofs that they are not helping to pay me for my trip

I paid money for a shipping transaction with a person, but the process was not completed due to their delay in confirming the order. When requesting the money, I found nothing but slyness.

Unsafe app
I totally understand that I’ve received the product but you have to understand that a scam happened to me, he took my valid products and replaced them with a blocked ones by Amazon, what’s your action to stop that and to compensate me for this big scam, I’ve been using your app since a very long time and because of your no action it would happen again to me and to others, waiting your support and action.
