Awesome tool for farmers!
HitchPin has been a huge benefit to our farming operation. It has brought excellent new buyers for our hay and equipment. The payment processing is fast and secure. Their escrow process protects both the buyer and seller. I know I will get paid and don’t have to remind the buyer. I can’t imagine going back to the old manual way of buying, selling, and getting paid. HitchPin is awesome!

I’ve used HitchPin for a handful of years now, and I feel like every time I use it, it gets better. At first their app was a little slow and clunky, but their most recent update has been phenomenal. It’s fast, easy to find what I’m looking for, and I love that the HitchPin support team truly cares about helping folks in Ag. The app has improved a lot. Very easy to use the browse feed and find what you’re looking for. If you’ve had troubles in the past, try it again

We own and operate a small diversified family farm and have used HitchPin to buy and sell livestock, farm fresh, livestock services and hay. We love how easy it is to list and browse, but the best part is HitchPin Protect and knowing we will get paid! It is more convenient than writing or depositing a check! The newest iOS release is great!

Friendly and efficient service
I listed 360 bales of hay and had them all sold within a few hours. The transaction process is efficient and I love the secure payment system! I have recommended HitchPin to everyone I know!
Secure and safe
Finally a marketplace where I can safely transact with buyers and sellers. I don’t have to worry about giving out my personal information or if I will receive payment. Love that I’m protected as a buyer as well - on the off chance when I pick up my purchase it’s not what I thought it would be.

Finally an app for agriculture!
Great to have a marketplace for agriculture and livestock. My listing sold in 24 hours! Love the secure payments - no more hot checks - and ability to chat or call with buyer - without giving out my personal contact information. Will continue to list on HitchPin.
Good idea……but
Painful to set up. Had to use 2 emails to get started because it does not tell you when you are complete with that function, it just sits there. Then you try to browse and you get a pop up and have to give a phone number….. then try to browse and you guessed it… another pop up for more info…. Very choppy and outdated setup process…. I didn’t get past the 3 rd pop up. Frustration took over and I Deleted the app.

Slow
App is very slow. Trying to chat with potential service provider and I can’t get chats to open.
Poor performance
No way to obtain forgotten passwords can’t communicate with sellers because app won’t send a code to verify your number. App needs in house messaging so you don’t have to wait for 3rd party code to show up.

Good start
I like the idea of it, and it will likely be useful as it grows. It could use more flexibility in the services and products it allows you to use it for. Farming is more than harvest and hay. But if you need those things, it’s the app for you.
