Great for coaches
We’ve been using Hitlab with 9 and 10 year olds. I’m a volunteer coach who knows when a swing is broken but usually cant tell - especially in real-time - how to think about fixing it. Hitlab gives me a great starting point, and in addition to AI pointers, the frame by frame video helps me understand a players swings’ better on my own.

Great tool for breaking down swings
Really impressed with HitLab so far. The step-by-step freeze frame feature is where it shines — I was able to spot right away that my daughter isn't opening her hips enough, which explains why she's been making solid contact but not generating the power she should be. That kind of specific, actionable feedback is exactly what I was looking for.
The frame-by-frame view alone is worth it. Being able to pause and walk through each phase of the swing is incredibly useful, and the AI does a great job flagging common flaws. The concepts it teaches are sound and the feedback is accurate and helpful.
Overall it's easy to use, well laid out, and a fantastic foundation. Excited to see how it continues to evolve. Highly recommend for any parent or coach working with hitters of any age.
