like this game but....
i really like the 8 different difficulty levels (from "greenhorn 5x5" to "grandmaster 20x20") but it's not really clear that this app is one of those game apps where they give you 2 puzzles for each difficulty level but if you want more, you have to pay for game packs. i know part of it is my fault b/c i didn't read the more part but that's still the only thing that says it. there's no screenshots in the app store & doesn't say anything anywhere else. i downloaded this late last night & i thought maybe it was the type that added everyday. this morning i went to check, nothing changed & i noticed the shop icon on the bottom & it hit me.

I love the game of Hitori... but NOT this app!
This is a demo version - they only give you 2 puzzles per level before you have to buy more.
Luckily I know how to play already, because others are right that the explanation is too simple to do it justice. —> go to Hitori.com, it gives a better tutorial.
I will look for a better app and delete this one!

New background
I have enjoyed this app for almost 2 years now but I do not like the latest change to the background. It is much harder to see.
Confused so far
I don't really understand the rules. The basic run down made very little sense and I'm honestly just guessing.
Errors
So far I have encountered two puzzles with errors. I'll keep giving it a chance but...it's irritating.

I LOVE Hitori. And this one is a good one to play. However it keeps lagging and taking forever for it to recognize my moves. I bought the pack but can’t get completely through it. Even after completing a level it resets a few moves back and it makes me redo the last few numbers again.
Good app, could be great
Excellent app, lots of puzzle, nice design and handy undo button. There is a slight lag when playing the bigger puzzles, if that was fixed it would five stars.
