Проблема логики

Впн не работает, хочу заменить, а личный кабинет не открывается, тк старая ссылка. А новую я не могу получить из-за того, что не работает впн, соответственно тг тоже. И в чем тут логика? Сейчас у меня получается сжигаются деньги, но я не могу ничего с этим сделать

Раньше он работал идеально просто зашёл нажал вышел и он работает идеально но теперь число полученного не привышает 92 В и это очень бесит я переустанавливал приложение и менял айди ничего не помогает
