I needed a backflow preventer replaced. I texted some businesses I found on Google and posted it on Hiurd. Even after the app fees, the best quote on the app was still more than $500 cheaper than what I found elsewhere. Guy came and did a great job! Very happy with how it turned out!

Works well.
I was able to get a small job at home (replace a broken bathroom exhaust fan) completed basically immediately after creating an account.
I like:
-The escrow function of the app holding the funds for payment until I agree the job is completed to my expectation
-How more than one person can bid on my job so I get a competitive price
-It doesn’t seem to price gouge the contractors
This job got done faster and with more peace of mind (the escrow thing) than if I had tried FB marketplace. I will use it again.

Quick and easy
Found someone to fix my motorcycle and resurface a pickleball court in about 10 minutes! Looks like the app is just starting out but is growing fast. I can definitely see myself using this a ton.

Useless for the moment
Downloaded this to give it a try. Maybe a good way to make some side money. There’s maybe 7 total jobs going back like 2+ months. Nobody is on here. Idk what they were thinking paying for a billboard. Useless app right now with nothing to do and nobody to market jobs/skills to. Don’t waste your time, just download something else that this app is a poor clone of.
