It crashes a lot

I love this program and it definitely does not crash also there is a very clear search function. I don’t know why there is so much negativity over such a great app.

It’s crashes and closes itself before I can actually check in or reservation a spot. Sometimes l get through all the steps and it crashes, which then makes me go through all the steps again. It’s a vicious cycle.

Bugs in the app
It worked fine and now it doesn’t allow me to check in or book a seat . Each tap just shuts down the app have deleted and downloaded so many times . Restarted my phone tried everything I could but it is a daily struggle . Emailing the help line got no response

What is your company ID? There isn’t even a help or support function
