Terrible upgrade
The new updated Hive app looks terrible and is so hard to read. The older version was perfect and needed no change. So disappointed.
Horrible UI upgrade
Wow, this is a bad upgrade. UI is terrible, tiny actually with whoever did this did not consult accessibility for elderly user or even users with good eyesight! The graphs mean nothing now and no logic to what you are looking for. Poor
Current UI issues
The new UI is horrible. The only way I can see any discernible visual detail regarding what my system is doing is by looking through the small detail on the screen.
A MASSIVE reduction in font size and use of an oblique image of a home has lead to a significant decrease in quick access to system information and when to turn on an electric vehicle charger.
I don’t know what else has changed but the UI was an unimportant change.

Looks great after today’s update. Finally looks modern
Non functioning
App no longer works and - circling trying to log in but nothing happens…
No monitoring data
My app has zero data. I set it up correctly with serial number and wi-fi, it worked for a while then stopped. The battery occasionally resets itself so if that means I have to reconnect each time that would make a very poor app
DOESN'T WORK
Those who have given the app a one star rating speak to my experience. The app worked initially, but required to be reset for a new inverter. Since then it’s not worked. The WiFi set up instructions are confusing (and I’m technically competent!). The sign in process takes forever - or says "invalid user". It’s quite simply the worst app I’ve ever had to use!

This app is great. No issues and shows a wealth of information. Very happy with it
Great app and works seamlessly
Love this app to monitor my solar/battery setup. Provides up to date real-time information on my current system and with a vert day setup.
Only thing I would suggest is to make the profit tab easier to setup and more relevant to Australian communities (e.g. ability to add daily supply charge) for a more accurate reading.

Has stopped working
The app worked for 24hrs and now nothing.
It just won’t connect to the servers. I am BBC starting to feel like this was a waste of $6000

Difficult
Difficult to work with. Vertical graph scale varies daily. Reported power use does not change with date. No kWh rate cost input for consumption calculations. Battery control works okay
No Good
The app worked when I first installed it, but was complicated to understand. Now I can’t get into it. Can’t make sense of the error message that popped up when trying to recover the password/user name details. Couldn’t delete and re-register either. Waste of time
App won’t work- and information not clear
The app won’t download. They never supplied us with the correct information as to how to set up the app. Never gave us the password for the wifi, and when we called they told us completely different instructions than what the book says to do. Terrible terrible terrible. Our app is still not set up.!
