Great interface, unfortunate hiccups
Love the user friendliness and concept here.
One thing I’m not a fan of is when the app force closes routinely when working in the clients section. Quite a nuisance, but still enjoy the platform so far.

No Time Tracking or entry?
Seems like a great tight app and web service but there is no time tracking or entry on iOS? How can that cut it for a professional invoicing app?
Promising But Falls Short
I am reviewing the overall product and not just the iOS app.
I evaluated the product and really liked many features. So I purchased an annual license. I really liked being able to set a DNS entry for my domain and the email sending tools are top notch. There are many other great features.
However, after sitting down to write my first batch of invoices I found a fatal flaw - there is no way of sorting time entries at all. I need to be able to distinguish between uninvoiced time entries and invoiced time entries, but this is not possible. I generate 4-5 time entries per day so this would get real unruly real fast. No way to sort by any other criteria either. I tried to get around this shortcoming with the use of tags, but there is no way to remove a tag once one has been set. So think twice before adding a tag because that tag is there to stay.
There is also a really annoying behavior with adding time entries. I’m a big user of the tab key so as to move the cursor from one field to another, and with Hiveage, upon pressing the tab key after entering data into the last field in series, the entire entry is cancelled and one must start over and not forget to use the mouse to apply the time entry.
They did refund my $300 without any friction, so I increased my otherwise 3-star review to 4 stars.

Nice!
This is finally looking like a native app rather than a website in an app “wrapper”. Previous iterations weren’t very useful since the website offered more functionality.
I have a complaint and request though. The notifications settings won’t save. I enable the notifications I want to receive but when I tap save nothing happens. When I exit settings and come back the changes aren’t saved.
Also the extra passcode protection is nice but Face ID would be much better. Please add.

Glitchy
Although it’s coming in handy, I find the app not to run smoothly. It takes time for saves invoices to show up and I sometimes have to write them up again after they’re saved. The interface is pretty user friendly, but sometimes you have to go searching for something in settings where it should be in the editing area of the invoice instead.

What’s happened
Was working fine then now it won’t Edit an invoice, it just crashes.
Needs some improvements
I love having this app. It makes things very easy to be able to use my phone to access specific invoices and record payments. However, whenever I scroll through invoices, the list updates and changes as I scroll which makes it very hard to keep track.
Great extension of the desktop version!
Needs option to rearrange items in invoice (like desktop version).
Took a few minutes to realize “Task” under items is the same as the desktop version’s “Time”.

So easy, your new intern can do it.
This invoicing software is probably the most straightforward, simplistic invoicing software available. It could not be any easier to navigate and manage, you’ll seriously never want to cancel your subscription. Worth every penny.
Plus they have all the necessary features and are always integrating new features. A++.

App crash
The app crash every time I open it, i hope you fixes it
4 years with Hiveage
Their service has saved me a lot of time and frustration. Their iOS app has simply made that all easier.

Great interface
I’ve been using Hiveage for a few years (even when it was called Curdbee).
It’s great service for my freelance work where I don’t do a ton of invoicing.
As my business has grown, Hiveage has kept up with me. The app works great for checking in on the status of invoices on the road. Easy to use and navigate the service. Nice job.

Missing obvious features
How much longer before once can batch-change status of invoices or change default payment from cash to transfer? Come on you guys it’s basic stuff, and it’s 2018, how on earth is this still not in your features? Clumsy UI.

Great service. Responsive company.
I set this service up for my company. It's elegant and reasonably priced. The API is great and the app is handy. Great tool for small company billing.
Doesn't have any use
This app is basically useless. It only has the ability to show you invoices, bills, and your network. It should allow users to do things like enter payment for invoices, track time, or other quick tasks.
App is useless, read only, don't waste your time
Very disappointed because my web app hiveage experience has been decent. This iOS app is read only and therefore useless, there's not even a time tracking feature. Just don't waste your time downloading this trash.

Manage invoices translates to view invoices. I will be looking for another invoicing solution that works cross platform.
Poorly designed app
The first screen asks you to log in yet there is no instructions on how to create a username and password . Come on guys, does anyone test your apps before you release them?

Hi Tony, at the moment the Hiveage iOS app is available only for current customers who have already created accounts via the web. We will be introducing mobile app signups in the near future :)
