Can’t log in
Completely useless when I can’t even log in. And the website version is useless for first time donors as well, you can’t make any appointment unless they already have your record. It’s super not encouraging for someone who is interested in donating blood for the first time. If you truly want to encourage young people to donate blood, please try to make the experience more pleasant.

Totally useless since last update. PLEASE FIX IT!!!!
Bad experience
Cannot access to anything after the update, can’t book the time or view any information. Wasting my time attempting to log in. Please fix it asap. You are making people don’t want to donate blood with this inconvenience.

APP operation problem
Every time after summited login info, the APP never operate but jump back to log in page, even though at reinstalled APP. It is very frustrating experience.
