文字の「すべて選択」ができません

最近アプリ内で不具合があります。
テキストを長押しすると 「コピー」だけ表示されて、「すべて選択」が出てきません。

同じ端末でも他のアプリでは「すべて選択」が普通に使えるため、端末の問題ではなくアプリ側の不具合だと思います。

不具合あったのでお問い合わせから依頼しようとしても、エラーが発生しましたとなって問い合わせができません。

ほとんど通知が来てないです。
感覚でしかありませんが夜は特に来てない印象です。
メンバーは基本夕方から夜にメールをする方が多いのでなんとかして欲しいです。
