Nonsensical verification requirements
Policy paid & inforced, why make it difficult to customer to be verified further? Wasn't the premium short paid? Shhessh!
App Keeps Crashing
The app keeps crashing whenever i try to submit a claim and also the overall app navigation is slow and not user friendly.
When are you going to improve
The apps should feature record of past payments, not just payable amount. When I select transaction history, I only see no record message. When is this apps going to have improvement?

Don’t be Stingy…
Consider investing more in the application, it would definitely improve your reputation. Hire someone who can do a better app…. At least do some improvement on the UI… Honestly, even a college student could do a better job….. It’s 2024, yet the UI of this app feels like something from a decade ago. It makes me feels “young” again. ;)

I want to make payment, the app asking me to select policy, then next step ask me key in policy number? Are you serious? They why the hell you ask me to select policy at the 1st step?

I tried logging in on both app and website but none of my policies were showing, this is very alarming and I personally already have trust issues etc this is making me having bouts of anxiety over this.
Problem uploading verification docs
So difficult to just upload a picture. Selected my picture but there is no button to upload!

Not user friendly and the most irritating part is super slow to load up all the stuff. Hello!! Spend some money and get a better developer for the apps and the websites too!! Regret to buy insurance in this company with such a poor services on both website and apps!!
Do not have ‘Update Payment Method’ click
I’ve just go to the HLA branch to change my credit card payment method. And the counter service informed me that this can be done through the apps. So I just go home and try it. But tried to looking for half an hour also didn’t find out the click.
But very weird, the website have shows the steps of update payment. However the apps and website customer portal totally do not have this click.
So please HLA360, please update the customer portal in order to enhance the apps service.

Face ID NEVER WORKS!
Please update this bug. This problem has not yet resolved for almost 1 year
Transaction history is not working
Please fix the transaction history. I have been paid for 1 policy since 2019 and transaction history is Zero
Not user friendly
Biometric authentication not working. When tried to reset password, the app locked completely and need to make call to unlock. Im using other insurance company apps, so far not much problem. Guess I will need to uninstall this HLA app.
