Scam
In my experience with the app subscription, this is most likely a scam and most likely ran by AI. I found 3 leases in OK that I was interested in so I paid the subscription in order to contact the owner. After multiple attempts and scheduling a meeting through the app, I have yet to receive a single response and it’s been a month. I have contacted customer support via email because apparently there is no phone number. In emails I requested cancelation, refund, and to speak to a human. What I got was what seems like an AI response email that says they can cancel but non refundable. Still never spoke to a human.
This seems like ghost listings to make their platform look appealing and to get you to pay the “non refundable” subscription. As for the AI responses, I’m sure their AI will respond to this review the same way it has on the other negative reviews.

I would give 0 stars if I could
This is a complete scam, have been trying to cancel subscription for 3 years with no response, been billed 3 times all while ignoring my dozens of calls and emails
Horrible
I cancelled, but still got billed. And guess what? You can’t call them. A Google search reveals that this isn’t uncommon!

Great Idea and Great App!
Having everything you need to browse and lease hunting land in one spot has long been needed. Having it all in an easy-to-use app is a game changer! Searching and finding the right lease is a breeze, and the details for hunters and landowners pulled up anywhere you can use your phone is next level!
Wouldn’t Bother
Tried the subscription. Sent 6 messages to various landowners, no answer. After a week, I emailed support asking about outdated leases, lack of responses, well it took forever to get a response from HLBRO. Finally got a response, stating they had an issue with their messaging system….But they would look into it…no response from another follow up. They were quick to respond to my cancellation…. lol. I’d request a refund, but I’m sure I know how’ll that go.

The app provides prompts that help you easily find what you are looking for and is very well detail oriented! The company has also been great to work with!

Extremely efficient tool for hunters
This is a fantastic platform for accessing high quality hunting land. There are plenty of filters to be able to find exactly what you’re looking for and it’s updated often. Great work HLRBO!

Most leases are actually just pay to hunt, high fence farms. No one replies to messages through the app
Waste of money
I paid for the plan and contacted land owners. One of 20 got back to me. This was a waste of time and money. I don’t recommend this app

Easy to Use Great for Leasing or Looking
This app is very user friendly and easy to use. If you’re looking to lease land now, or just seeing what might be available the app is great. Search your local area or look at what is available elsewhere at the click of the button. I used the app to find an out of state turkey hunt and killed a huge double beard gobbler last spring! This winter I’ve been using it to find some property for a hunt out west next fall. Seems like they are adding more and more properties by the week as well.

What a scam this is. No land owners ever respond. This company keeps adding more and more tiers at higher cost to get to the front of the line. Not that not one person in the reviews claim to have found a lease. Check me on this.
Great app to find hunting land!
This app is very sleek and easy to use. I really enjoy all the filter options and the mapping tool to help you drill down to exactly what type of land most fits your needs.
Keeps crashing
The app works for about 30 seconds and then crashes. Haven’t been able to look at anything.
