Can’t login

Previously, it was possible to submit claims. Now it will not send an OTP to my registered email address. Also, emails, asking for help are not answered in a timely fashion.

The worst telemedicine app out there

This is by far the worst telemedicine app I’ve had to use. The only reason I still persevere is because it’s tied to company private medical insurance.

1) video call with a doc rarely works. Multiple attempts, doctors keeping you in long waiting queues ( for 2 hrs) when it just 3 ppl in front of you. Sound issues, connectivity issues etc
2) having to login separately for each family member including children. That means different email addresses needed for all

Absolutely useless

It’s hard to comprehend that an insurance company would have this as their digital interface. Absolutely useless!

Login always give problem

Log in always show wrong ID/Password but password was change 2 months ago. Reset password and set back same password show cannot use back old password, that means my password is correct. Now set new password. Will monitor 2 months later will the password wrong again!

Terrible app

This app just does not help in any way.

Pretty useless

Their online doctor doesn’t work
Doctors don’t answer the call
And the call back function crashes

Really bad app, system and insurance

App never works and ‘chat’ takes 24-48 hrs per message

I have never been able to use any of the features of this app, not even viewing my insurance card, as they have always been greyed out. The chat support facility is as good as useless, as it takes takes the operator 24-48 hours to reply per line. This is an incredibly awful app for such a large insurance company that insures something so vital as one’s health. Until I‘m able to show my eCard in-app, I will have to pay for every health expense myself, out of pocket. This has been ongoing for two months. Disgraceful.
