Stopped working

I bought this camera about a year ago, it worked perfect then, it got out up, lost, I found it again, took it out the box, use it for 2 seconds and the camera cut out and now it won't show back up, I've disconnected/uninstalled the app 100xs and nothing is working. Good while it lasted

Glitchy

The amount of times I’ve had to re-download this app because it glitches on me and won’t open the camera feature until I delete it and re-download it.

Mixed success working but I have a tip

So I have really struggled to get connected. I think I did it very quickly at first, other times I’ve had no success. One of the other reviews mentioned connecting it to wifi before you open the app and that definitely worked for me this time. I also made sure it’s fully charged and my phone as well.
