We’ve been wanting to buy a house for some time, but the whole process felt daunting. Thankfully, we stumbled across hntr. The checklist made it much easier to take that first step by breaking the process down into small, manageable tasks. The ability to add and track properties has helped us stay on top of all our viewings, and we especially love that the app guides us on what questions we should be asking along the way.

Having all the steps explained helped us so much! We also used the mortgage broker the app recommends and he was great (he was free). Recommend if you are looking to buy a place.

Best app for FTB’s
As a first-time buyer I’ve found the hntr app to be a game changer. It keeps everything in one place so I’m not losing track of viewings, notes, or costs. The viewing checklist is brilliant. I can add photos, and answer key questions so I don’t forget anything after a busy day of house hunting.

Wouldn’t let me add more than 1 property and just duplicated my first saved property each time

This app is really handy - I had been looking for something to help me organise and collate all my viewings, particularly as these were all with different agents and apps. I really like the rating feature and being able to record key property features and what my thoughts are. The question prompts are very useful, I would love if there were even more.
What I would prefer is if I could amend the bullet points for the property; e.g: driveway, central heating, downstairs toilet which you could tick off. Obviously home “must haves” are really personal for each person so would be good if they were customisable. Same with the “top priorities” bit, having things like gym and close to the tube which wouldn’t be applicable for a lot of people.
Other than that I really like the app and it is helping keep me organised!
