Keep dated records of property condition, fines, board correspondence, and meetings — privately, on your iPhone. One-time purchase. No subscription. No account. No cloud server. Everything stays on your device. WHAT IT DOES • Incidents — log every fine, architectural request, maintenance complaint, or hearing with date, status, bylaw cited, response deadline, and a free-form summary. Five templates included for common situations. • Photos — capture timestamped photos of your property condition or common-area issues. Location data is removed automatically before the photo is saved. Tag photos by type (your property, common area, or other property visible from common area). A gentle daily soft cap helps you keep a calm, deliberate record. • Bylaws & CC&Rs — paste the sections you reference often, search later. No more scrolling through PDFs. • Board contacts — keep roles you need to reach: Board President, Manager, Treasurer, Outside Counsel. Roles only — by design, no name field. The record is about positions, not individuals. • Personal Records Compilation — export a clean, chronological PDF you can keep for yourself, share with an attorney, or take to a board hearing or mediation.
