Frustrating to use
App keeps freezing which is annoying when trying to make purchase. Have to delete and reinstall which sometimes helps but sometimes doesn’t. Also noticed that at times during live shows it keeps flipping to previous show.

Not secure.
Non of my devices can establish a secure connection with the server.
Could be better
App consistently freezing so can’t use it at times. Have to delete and reload and sometimes this doesn’t help.
