小さな動作まで1分単位で逐一記録して日々のルーティンやタスク所要時間を管理するタスクシュートを何年も続けています。
タスクシュート用には別のアプリを使っていますが、その記録をカレンダーで出力してここに読ませると、毎日の詳細な日記が出来るという。
ほぼ日アプリの良さはカレンダーの内容一つ一つにコメントが出来て、しかも写真や滞在場所、サイトの共有等もタイムラインに同列で並ぶので、見返したら大きなイベントからちょっとした気持ちの動きまで思い出せます。殆ど自動出力で出来るから続けやすいのも最高です。
ただ一つだけ言いたいことが。
紙のほぼ日手帳発売前丸々1カ月の販促企画、表紙ネタがないので見ていましたが見事に購買欲が湧いています（3月までの手帳があるので9月現在堪えてますが）。商魂たくましすぎませんか？ (笑)

This app is the only thing I love more than my Techo. The new updates are exciting. Look forward to the Mood tracking release.
I appreciate that I have full control over what data is imported, such as locations I went to or my sleep & health data.
Printing my photos from my daily digital journal to stick in my physical Techo is soo useful!

Oh, look! Hobonichi finally joined the 21st century… with the business model of a late-night infomercial. Cute icons? Check. Soul? Missing in action. Turns out their big digital upgrade is just a subscription trap wrapped in kawaii paper. Want to access your journal on more than one device? Sure! Just hand over $5.99 a month — because apparently, peace of mind now comes with a recurring charge. Hard pass. I’d rather pay for therapy (and I might after using this).
And the daily quotes? Still as welcome as a pop quiz at a funeral. Just like their notebooks, but now with 100% more paywall. Back to Card Diary I go — the app that respects my wallet *and* my sanity. One payment. No drama. Revolutionary, I know.

Annoying
Incredibly long, childish, annoying intro just to start using the app. Deleted.
Not available on multiple devices
It’s a good app but it really bothers me that it doesn’t take up the whole screen on my iPad mini and it’s almost a deal breaker that it doesn’t sync across devices… that’s going to make it more difficult to keep up with it. Other problems are that scribble is not very responsive on it. It would also be good to be able to add handwritten notes/sketches.

Love it!
I use this app everyday to journal. It inspires me to take photos every day and document what is going on in my life- I love it as a journalling app and love that it connects the data on how many steos I’ve taken, where I’ve been, and what’s in my calendar and what photos I have taken in a day all in one place. I wish the app was less laggy / was a little more smooth, but I am still going to keep using it everyday.

Great app!!
This app is so cute and easy to use with my planner, especially if I need to write a lot about my day and run out of room. I also like that I can put photos in digitally to take a visual look back through my days instead of having to print out a photo each day and paste it into the planner itself. Very useful! I would definitely recommend this app, even if you don’t have the physical planner to go along with it! <3

It has a certain Hobonichi Charm
I was skeptical of a tie-in app and initial reviews were meh but it’s smart in its limitations. Rather than have many settings it delivers a particular style and that makes it feel fun and enjoyable

I’ve noticed I’m not getting the daily reminder I set up, though. I have notifications on in both my device settings and in the app, but perhaps I overlooked something else?

Charming and great for everyday use
Surprisingly convenient even for stuff like remembering where I parked my car. I love the flexibility around adding notes and captions to all sorts of media, and being able to review the month on a single grid gives me a sense of what it was about.
The senpais, and game design aspects (sound effects, etc) add a charming, specific feeling to the app, which makes it stand out to me amongst the other, more minimalistic offerings.
My only feedback would be to make the “coin” animation less intrusive. I understand it’s supposed to reinforce the habit of pinning photos, but when I’m pining multiple days in a row, it can get a little wearisome. Perhaps not making it interrupt the full screen, but delegate the animation to the icon in the upper screen corner! That way, you would still get the “reward chime”, but can still keep pinning while the music plays.
Overall super happy with it and can see myself using it for a long time! Please keep the app non-AI as much as possible!

Great app, fits well with my hobonichi
Can’t stress this enough when I say this app is amazing, it’s simplistic design is perfect & fits right into my existing workflow & daily planning regimen. The characters are amazingly designed, almost feels like a AI assistant but minus the chat features. Overall, love this application!

Really like how simplistic and clean this journaling app is. I often get overwhelmed with journaling as I feel like I have to write a lot, but with this app I’m satisfied with writing as much or as little as I want. This app is very user friendly and has become my favourite way to record my day.
There are a few features that I think should be implemented to make it even greater. For example: Customizable Fonts,

Perfectionnable
Je met 4 étoiles pour vous soutenir car l’idée est très bonne ! J’adore le fait que tout soit compilé comme ça. Voici mes retours : actuellement l’application est lente, même une fois les photos chargées quand on écrit des textes de plus de 4/5 lignes tout commence à laguer. Je trouve ça dommage également que par moment l’application n’arrive pas à récupérer nos itinéraires.
Plus mineur, en français, quand on termine une phrase la suivante commence par une majuscule. La ce n’est pas automatique.
Merci à vous et bon courage pour la suite du développement j’ai hâte de voir les futures améliorations.

Cannot print
Would love to give this app a 5 stars. Try to use the memory print, half way of editing, the app closes itself. Or if I was able to finish the editing, and go to select output as image, the app closes again. Very frustrating. And it takes quite some time for the app to load the picture or to rotate the photo.

Max pricing, minimal features: 1️⃣No Workout imports. 2️⃣No family sharing. 3️⃣Only one device per Hobo I.D. 4️⃣Peek-aboo location tracks. 5️⃣When it does track, timing way off eg 1 minute instead of 2.5h. // All of which makes the price of entry laughably optimistic. Unsubscribed, in a hurry.
Needs more user control
I was planning to use this app as a companion to my Hobonichi cousin as my schedule can be busy but I still want to be able to log my day.
Unfortunately, there’s a lot of automated functions required rather than having users input content manually. The location permission is the most annoying thing for me as there’s no way for me to manually add these locations myself. Instead, you’re suggested to keep your location turned on constantly which isn’t really ideal for both privacy and battery usage.
I wish we’re not limited to these options and are given more control to manually add things in especially with health and location.

Time and location inaccuracies
The location posts show random times, and when I try to edit them, they usually change either back to the random time that was shown or a different random time.

Has charm!
I like it so far and the characters are so adorable! I can’t wait to see what other stuff is added later! This will help me be more consistent because I just got into journaling and I have the Hobonichi Techo weeks, but I barely touch it. 😭 Though I’m planning to use both, I will log daily on the app and by the end of the week I’ll write everything I did on the physical hobonichi!
