This app break to my iPhone 14 max pro

All the reviews for this app are fake, and in Chinese, to start with the app was very glitchy, kept freezing, so after creating a locked folder, I deleted it, and now most useful apps on the phone are restricted even after reinstalling the app there is no way to unlock what is already locked. I’m going to try a factory reset unfortunately thanks to this borderline criminal app and I don’t even know if that will work. I wish I could sue this developer for my $1400 brick
