Great, except for the syncing issue
I’ve had this wallet for several years now, I keep very little on it, but I’ve tried many mobile wallets over the years, and I like this one alot. But whenever you open it, it goes through a “syncing” process, and if you don’t open the wallet for a few months, this syncing process can take 20 minutes or more. I don’t understand it, no other wallet does this. Apart from that, it’s very streamlined and simple to use.

I had not used this app for several years. I had to install on my new phone. My backup of my key phrase was dated September 2021. The sync started in 2013 and is taking forever!
I am fairly certain that I have no significant stored BTC, but I have to waste my time syncing transactions that have NOTHING to do with me!

Hi.. this app stealing your money ..there is no contact number to contact them .. only way to contact them just send email but they always reply download other app to recover my money .. I did but still not get my money since 20days .. 🤦🏻♂️
One sided issues
At first it was the issues that you’d open the app and it would immediately crash. That got fixed but now the newest issue seems to be that you can’t seem to export the contents of your wallet to anywhere else. I went to transfer my small amount of bitcoin from this to another venue pre 2024 halving and it stated that it would take 1-3 days. First time I tried, it failed. Tried again and it eventually gave me the notification after 1-2 days saying it had failed or had been rejected and the FAQ said I may need to sync with the blockchain (to the tune of 1-3hrs). Tried to do this repeatedly but it stops syncing after a certain amount of time away from the app but with it still running in the background. Finally had the opportunity to sit with the app open for that long to complete. Ending up taking about 3 hrs and 45 minutes only for it to reach today’s date and then the app crashed once it finished syncing. Tried to initiate the sync again to see if it had saved at all during its progress and nope, it started at the same date back in 2021 again. Thanks for wasting my time and I can only assume, stealing my money.

The app is very bad about losing your money into limbo.
The costumer service is non existent or downright rude.
I lost over $150 dollars because of low transaction fee. I was supposed to get my bitcoin in 3-24 hours.

HODL lost my money when I trade on August 28, 2023 and don’t want to help me recover $3,000 +$1,500 😢😢😢

Cannot access app or wallet
Upon trying to open app, it crashes. No updates in last 2+ years and cannot access any of my currency. Pretty sure this was a scam in which the devs were riding the crypto high and then folded their house of cards and scooted with any funds
Lost Money
I had about $7 worth of Btc in my account and after few days I came back to make a transaction and my wallet was empty I was shocked and I don’t recommend anyone to save nothing using this wallet until the developer reviews this issue and guarantees people that their money is safe in this wallet.
