No thought put into the experience
Downloading and registering for this was a waste of time. Hopefully someone reads this review so this won’t have been a waste of time. The staff clearly don’t care and aren’t incentivized to make this work for you even though it’s advertised on the cover of the menu. When I said I hadn’t don’t this before the server just uncomfortably took my unlocked phone with him to the back to scan it. It did not work. I didn’t bother to fuss with him about it. I just left and deleted the app.

Bait and switch
I had the belly app and accumulated almost enough points to get a free bowl of ramen. The store decided without warning to switch to a new app and told me the old points are no longer valid. Who knows when they’re going to do that again
