About

Hold is a place for contemplation. Bring a word, a question, or something from your experience. Keep it with you, return when it comes to mind, and sit with it when you want. Your contemplation stays until you choose to change it. There is no daily reset, streak, or schedule to keep. HOLD Keep one contemplation close, with the date you began holding it. An optional reminder or home-screen widget can bring you back to it. SIT Give the contemplation your attention while sitting or walking. Choose a short session or leave the timer open. Keep the words in view, show or hide the time, and let an optional meditation gong mark the end. NOTICE Add a few words when something arises: an observation, a question, a fragment, or a reflection. Return to your notes as your relationship with the contemplation changes. RETURN The Well holds contemplations you have put to rest or released, in a stack of cards you can move through at your own pace. Open a card to view or edit its notes, or delete a contemplation you no longer want to keep. Readings offer posts and Contemplative Currents podcast episodes from Seye Kuyinu as another starting point. Podcast episodes play inside Hold with the official YouTube player, with an option to open YouTube. Hold is informed by nondual inquiry and leaves room for your own experience. There are no guided sessions, background music, streaks, or scores. Your contemplations and notes remain available offline and sync when you reconnect. Notifications are optional.
