I have been playing this game for four years daily.
I believe the game is rigged so that you can never really make any meaningful points unless you purchase something. Is it a coincidence that whenever I win a big pot or collect money from some of the side games that are going on that I usually give it all back within 15 minutes after being set up for a bad beat. They say the game is legit, but I find that hard to believe after this much time playing my experience show that whenever you bring in a big score you usually lose it a few minutes later.

You get money fair and square but when the time comes for bonuses they don’t allow it 89 million coins spent and I only get 500k back seams like a scam don’t download
BOT players
They talk about algorithm being fair but you are still playing against bots. App does not allow you to accumulate chips to reach next level without buying chip packages. If you really get on a run the cards go cold and you lose chips on hands that you shouldn’t lose bad beats are around every corner.

Right now I have 81,000 hands under my belt and, what I can tell you, based on my experience playing Texas Hold ‘em here and elsewhere, is that this game is absolutely rigged! You’ll can write to them about this issue and you’ll get some BS answer from a bot about the site’s integrity. Or you can hear from ppl, like me, who have experience. And they are constantly trying to sell you stuff. Very disappointing!

Misleading app charges bad customer service
Do not buy any packages. You do not get what you pay for and customer service just says oh well! I now have to dispute charge with my credit agency
Stop restoring my chip count at the end of each hand

Timing Out
Let me start by saying I love this game. It’s the best Texas HOLD’EM game I have found. The only thing that irritates me is when I am trying to adjust the bet to where I want and it folds my hand. I have lost lots of money that way. I understand that if you aren’t doing anything for it to fold but it should give you longer when you are using the slide bar. Or let the person betting to see color change or something to warn them.

I’ve played this game now for years. I’ve amassed over 400 million in winnings and then in the past few months I’ve lost nearly all. I can’t help but think this game is manipulated so that you win, then lose to try and force you to “buy” chips. What was a game I enjoyed playing daily I m giving up on.

The gameplay is over-designed and over-complicated. Just way too much. Worst part, the ad shows nicely animated characters and looks fun. This is not that! Not at all. Trickery and garbage.
