Needs Work
I was excited to see Blvd had an app. However, it will not allow me to complete my purchase. You could see the area pop-up where you put your credit card information, but then it would disappear and say it could not complete the transaction. I had to go online to make my purchase. Also, it does not include the food menu. This had so much potential.
