Terrible experience
So a ACH bank deposit took 8-10 days before my money was available to use in the app. After wagered the money I never received the sign up bonus. All this and the app is horrible to navigate and use. Wouldn't waste your time. Wish I could give a negative 5 star review.

Honestly I’ve used this since its existence . I used to use telebet. Now I’ve tried three debit cards , two visa and a master card. And can’t deposit on any . Did ACH takes a whole week . It’s unacceptable. It’s 2026 .

This is the absolute worst betting app. I made a deposit only to never have the ability to place a bet. My screen was always froze. I reached out to try to get my initial deposit back but was informed that I could not. I have attempted to get my money returned multiple times to no avail. Use any site but this.

Horrible customer support
I’ve been a member of telebet since day one and now they are horrible. I can’t believe Penn national lets their name on this. They can’t solve the simplest problem.
This is an upgrade?
I didn’t care for the previous version so I was hopeful the new app would be better. If anything it is worse. I will be withdrawing my money and taking my business elsewhere.

I’ve used this app as my primary horse racing wagering app for years. The app gets worse as time goes. I always have to X out of the app and log back in for it to work. The video has a 5-10 second delay. There are much better apps out there and it’s time for everyone and myself to switch.

Well, your password will suddenly stop working for no reason. The verification codes they send you don’t work. Their staff can’t wait to put you off or ignore you. When I tried to close out the app and get my balance back (despite at least 30 attempts to get another password, they advised I had to go into their account link and do withdrawal quite a trick since I couldn’t get into the app. I still don’t have the money I won. Foreign staffers. God awful.

Buyer Beware
This is the only app in Maine we can use to bet on harness racing. Their deposit process is archaic and after 6 days the money I put in has long cleared my bank account and is still being held by them and not anything I can use to play. If I was HR I would be embarrassed by this app. And, on top of it all, I can’t even request my money be returned to me without trying to call them as I haven’t completed their requirements for ACH deposits. Do better.

Horrible service
In the last month, I have experienced multiple long delays with my deposits. In the last year I will say in excess of a dozen times! No exaggeration! Customer service is always apologetic but they haven’t made any changes to improve on this issue. All they offer is excuses. Time to move on!

Because this is the worst horse betting app I have ever tried to use. I say tried, because I have had so many issues, that I have yet actually been able to bet on a horse race.
Every other betting app has you betting in minutes. Much better apps out there.

Worst app in horse racing
As a VIP player with Hollywood races I must express my total disappointment with the new app.. obviously was created by someone who does not play horses. Takes you forever to make a bet ,is not user-friendly does not respond with balances quickly ..many times gives the wrong balance.. very difficult to read .I could go on and on I actually thought it was a joke! For real!The previous format was MUCH better and HAD actually referred many people to the Hollywood races phone /computer app. ANd to the Casino as well. It s with great reservation did I could ever refer a horse player to this app.
Unless of course I want to make several enemies. I am trusting that Hollywood races will address this sooner than later ..they’re going to lose quality players.. it just doesn’t seem fair
