The app does not upload files it crashes super glitchy
Device will not connect
Unfortunately, the device will not work because it will not connect to the Bluetooth. I have tried it on several devices. It just will not connect poor quality, waste of time and money.
Please fix up the APP
So many errors, not a good product.
Crashes, can’t upload the library or videos, difficult to configure. Broken from the software app level. Such a shame. Please if you make something and sell, please make it work. Don’t waste other people’s time and money and your own money and time.

Здравствуйте как скоро вы добавите еще 3D модели, и почему флеш память не поддерживает 16 гигов , вы пишете что можно 8,16,32 гигабайт , и постоянно высвечивается красными буквами другие приложения той же сети закройте их , как убрать эти предупреждения?

I tried to display a custom image onto it but it keeps crashing, giving me an error code, and just unusable. I spent 100+ dollars on this bag and I’m genuinely disappointed.

WiFi
This app refuses to let your own WiFi work. Instead it creates its own “WiFi” that doesn’t really act as WiFi. It’s just the only way you can get the app to work
Doesn’t work
The cloud with all the options will not load anything. Constant wi-fi error and I’ve done every troubleshooting thing I can think of and suggested….. just doesn’t work….. figures why this app and fan have horrible reviews. Don’t bother…
I have purchased 2.
I bought 2 and neither one work. The first one worked for about 1/2 hour. The 2 nd not at all. I requested a refund or one that worked but again and no surprise nothing. All my info is the same if you find it in. Your hearts to send me a refund or one that works. Thank you.

Absolute rubbish and no Halloween images, no instructions will be sending back asap

The app works perfectly with my new holographic fan. Really easy to add my images.

Piece of junk. My iPhone is connected but the App keeps saying “Please connect the device.” This renders the device essentially unusuable.
Needs improvement
The app needs improvement. You can’t simply display pictures from your photo gallery. The custom text message option is limited to characters and spaces. The concept is cool but lacks a real usable customization.

If you have use this app with your hologram, find a different vendor. I’ve had 6 fans, this is the worst of the worst app wise.

It won’t connect to my phone on a consistent basis. Sometimes it will connect, but if I stop the fan, it won’t connect again. Nice when it works, but it doesn’t work often.
Cannot connect to Wi-Fi
It did I also downloaded but next day won’t count how to I get it to work again on my iPad can I do a smart phone? Galaxy 24? Help plz other wise Amazon gonna refund me OR IS THERE A RESET?
