I paid for credits, never got em. I’ve been trying to get ahold of customer service using all the methods provided, can’t get anyone to respond.

Does not give VIP discounts for purchasing magic points as it advertises it will with purchase of VIP upgrade
New! Paid for magic points and didn’t receive them. Customer service will not respond. Strongly warn consumers. Wish they would value their customers
