The sales pitch is covering 1/2 of the 20 minutes of the famous Holosync “dive” and there is no “immersion”. Even after paying it’s just junk recordings

I’m experienced with meditation and Holosync gives me a similar blissful feeling in only 30 minutes in what would normally take 2 hours of sitting.
I don’t know if it’s psychological but the different modes seem to do what they say: Creativity and Confidence especially.

Restore purchase button does not respond
It’s cumbersome to access my google drive to listen to my purchased programs. I’m considering purchasing another program from them, but will not without a functioning app. The content is high quality, so this glitch is doubly frustrating

This app appears to be no longer supported. But MyHolosync app is.

Locked my phone! NO NO NO!
I downloaded this app, and basically have to pay for everything, but the demo. Which in and of itself is misleading. Worse was that I could not escape it it would not allow my phone to show anything but the demo or the app, and I could not swipe to close it.
Not the authentic Holosync
I purchased believing it was the real Holosync centerpoint. It’s a fake and no comparison to the real deal. Big waste!
No Sound
I’ve enjoyed the app when it works but for a long time I haven’t had any sound and can’t get any help to figure out what’s wrong. The link to contact someone doesn’t work.
Cuts out
The app cuts out if phone screen is turned off. V annoying. There are no settings allowing it continue playing in the background.

I can’t restore my purchase. I click restore my purchase and it doesn’t work. I clicked contact App developer but it takes me to an advertisement screen. I’ll give more stars if you please restore my purchase.
Give an option to have the bowls and chimes like the demo
Would love it if you could choose the music or chimes or nothing over top of the rain and tones, adjust the volume of each layer of music/rain /tones depending on your mood and ambient noise around you.
Totally money, profit oriented
Many years ago in fact around 10 years ago I used to have this app. And it was very different then. You had a selection of various Alpha, Delta BetaFrequencies to listen to, in order to enhance different brain states of which you could then listen to underneath music lead onto from your own iTunes music library. I can’t remember how much the app was, but it wouldn’t have been more than 2 or 3 pounds,No, you can’t listen to anything for more than a few minutes.Without having to buy and purchase individual tracks with fluffy sounding names, such as attract love or wealth.This would be a different function of the old app where you were able to send in subliminal messages voiced by yourself. Which they would then put onto tracks for you and which were inaudible underneath the binaural beats and overlaid music of your choice. The whole brand now has a very distinct of money, money, money, profit, profit profit, and a continuous harassment of sales products and sales tactics. This is also evident by the daily repeated emails that I’ve received promoting other products of which I’ve now had to block from this company.

Awakening Prologue
I purchased the awakening prologue and the next levels many years ago, back when they mailed you CDs. I’m disappointed that I cannot access my purchases via APP when there are many other companies out there who have been offer their products that can easily be accessed through their phones. Please get yourself up to speed so more people can have access to your product.

Disappointed
I used to use Holosync all the time and loved it. They have added in cheesy music on top of the beautiful bowls and rain sound and it has totally ruined it! Boo!
