About
Your Holter monitor records your heart. This app records everything else.
Replace the paper diary your clinic handed you. Tap what happened — a palpitation, a coffee, a flight of stairs, the moment you fell asleep — and the time is saved for you. When the monitor comes off, share one clean PDF with your doctor.
LOG IT BEFORE YOU PUT THE PHONE AWAY
A symptom takes three taps: pick it, pick how strong it was, save. Everything else is optional. You are never forced to type anything.
THE TIME IS ALREADY FILLED IN
Every entry is stamped to the second. Remembered ten minutes late? Change the time with one tap.
WRITE IT OR SAY IT
Add a note by typing, or tap the microphone and speak. Your words are transcribed on the device, and you can edit the text before saving.
WHAT YOU CAN RECORD
• Symptoms — palpitations, chest pain, dizziness, fainting, shortness of breath, weakness, nausea, headache
• Sleep — one tap when you go to bed, one when you wake up
• Activity — walking, running, gym, sport, stairs, driving, work, rest
• Food and drink — coffee, energy drinks, alcohol, meals, water
• Medication — save yours once, then log it with a single tap
• How you felt — stress, anxiety, nervousness, calm
• Anything else, in your own words
A REPORT YOUR DOCTOR CAN ACTUALLY READ
A summary of your monitoring, then every entry in order, as a plain clinical PDF. Share it however you like, or export the raw data as CSV.
GENTLE REMINDERS, NOT NAGGING
A few notifications across the monitoring period: a check-in during the day, one before bed, one in the morning, one before you hand the device back. Or none at all — you choose.
PRIVATE BY DEFAULT
No account. No sign-up. No servers. Your diary is stored on this iPhone and nowhere else, and you decide when and with whom to share it. Delete everything whenever you want.
WORKS WITH ANY MONITOR
24, 48 or 72 hours, 7 days, or a custom length — from any manufacturer. Available in English, Portuguese, Spanish and Italian.
Holter Diary does not analyse your ECG, does not measure your heart rate and does not provide a diagnosis. It does not replace medical assessment. If you feel unwell or believe you need care, seek medical assistance.
