About
Holter Diary is a simple, private diary companion for people wearing a Holter monitor. Record what you feel when it happens, keep events in chronological order, and create a clear PDF diary to review with your doctor or clinic.
RECORD THE MOMENT
Save the time first when a symptom happens, then add details when you are ready. Record symptoms, heart-rate readings, activity, possible triggers, severity, duration, notes, and whether you pressed the Holter device button.
KEEP A CLEAR TIMELINE
See symptom events, heart-rate-only readings, and device issues together in time order. Add late entries or correct details while preserving the time the event occurred.
CREATE A DOCTOR-READY PDF
After monitoring ends, generate a structured PDF diary with the session summary and recorded entries. Review it before choosing where to save or share it.
APPLE WATCH AND APPLE HEALTH
Record common symptoms on a paired Apple Watch, even while disconnected. Open Holter Diary on your iPhone to finish syncing entries with their original timestamps. With your permission, preview recent heart-rate readings from Apple Health and save selected readings to your active diary. The watch can display and save a recent available heart-rate sample; the app does not start continuous heart-rate monitoring or write to Apple Health.
ADAPTIVE LAYOUTS FOR IPHONE DUO
Responsive layouts adapt to the available screen size on iPhone Duo. Wide views show a two-column dashboard and symptom grid; narrow views and larger text use a single column.
PRIVATE BY DESIGN
• No account or sign-in
• Diary data stays in private storage on your device
• No analytics, ads, tracking, or remote crash reporting
• No publisher backend or cloud collection; optional paired-watch sync uses Apple connectivity
• Optional local reminder for the expected end of a session
MADE FOR CLARITY
Large controls, adjustable text size, light and dark appearance, landscape support, and clear safety guidance help make the app easier to use during monitoring.
IMPORTANT MEDICAL INFORMATION
Holter Diary is a patient diary only. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. It does not read or interpret ECG data, connect to a Holter monitor, monitor you, or send entries to a healthcare provider. Always follow your clinic’s instructions. Consult a healthcare professional for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and seek urgent medical help for symptoms that feel dangerous.
