Thought this was the LifeChurch YouVersion app because it says “You Version”
Not feature rich. Confusing and locked down without paying.
Imposter
This is not the real YouVersion bible app. This one will charge you $30 in a week to keep using it. Download the real YouVersion bible app which is always free. Even this logo is a copycat so check carefully.
Why
Couldn’t access Japanese
Love it for my kid
It’s is so good she loves it and she loves god amen
Fake
BS
Unforgiving
Can’t adjust the time the daily messages come through
Understanding
I understand the world used more than other bible apps I recommend this
Audio playback is very computerized sounding
I sampled a chapter, Ai voice to listen to the Nasb version of the bible sounds like a demonic ai computer is reading it to me. I cant listen to that, unless you guys could offer the ability to change the ai voices, then I would be a subscriber.
It’s not FREE
I searched up for free bible apps, and it said this is the best free bible app, but it’s not free. It’s free to use basic stuff like all the other ones. I’m trying not to complain that much but, why does everything cost money nowadays.
Excellent application
You version bible is the best app on both appstore and Android store
Great
Perfect Bible app on here
Great app
Great app. Love it so much
Not what I thought it was
The short prayer sometimes doesn’t even make sense. The versus also end before making a point
Best bible app
I tried many Bible apps but this one was the most comforting and suitable for anyone, and widgets aren’t even necessary anymore because reading the Bible is fun one you read one single word.
Joel
New update is horrible. Lost my reading plan, and you can’t restart in middle of year which is also disappointing—to say the least.
I also cannot read in landscape mode anymore. The graphics also look really outdated.
What a horrible update!!
Now apparently it’s not free anymore. I’ve been a faithful user of this app for years.
Not anymore…

Constantly requesting Membership
I signed up for this app because it was highly recommended as a free Bible app. Every move I make in the app brings up a fee suggestion page. This disappoints me. I may be looking for a new app.
This is a counterfeit of the YouVersion Bible app
This has a name and icon designed to mislead people seeking the YouVersion Bible app from Life.Church
This app seeks to get paid subscribers. The original app is free to use

Speech too slow
Downloaded and paid for app so it could read the bible to me as I read along, but the speech is set to super slow and there doesn’t seem to be a way to adjust the speed.
Idk
Adds can be inappropriate and I don’t think you should have to pay for the bible.
It’s a scam
They title it “You Version” because they want you to think it’s the “YouVersion” one.
Scam artists.
