The drone wouldn’t pair with the controller. The help line was no help. The lady was rude. I am going to return it and get a atom 2
Fix bugs NOW
The first time I got this drone I almost lost it because when I pressed the home button, it went like 100 feet in the air and would not stop going up. Even when I turn the power off to the remote, the drone still kept going up and I couldn’t get it back and until the battery died and it fell to the ground in the grass but seriously you don’t need to update y’all’s passwords because and I can’t sight back in rest of the past it doesn’t even send you a verification code but it still is a fun drone even though the battery dies fast I would probably recommend the app for fun, but if you’re serious, I would recommend getting a different drink

I’m afraid to fly my drone. It looks so cool. You can tell the quality of it by looking at it and handling it. I’m very impressed. I have the mini. I just can’t bring myself to fly it. It’s so pretty.
Disappointing waste of time and effort
Just a waste of your time and effort. As a dad buying for son… this is not a good entry point to a hobby. It’ll just lead to disappointment and frustration. There are other better options. We have returned the drone and will be getting an entry level of another make.

Good, but one major problem.
Everything is good except that the videos and pictures that get saved to the app from the drone contain way too much data than they should be. A low quality video from the HS440 that lasted for 55 seconds took up over 500 megabytes.
Dont ask help to the centre, are not profesional
Half day to connect my drone with the ohone and nothing. The help centre are non profesional people, maybe is call centre 😩
HOLY STONE IS THE WORST!!!
So I got the HS440 and another holy Stone drone, but they broke within like two days after use and I didn’t use them that much. I just used them for like exploring like taking cool shots on the beach, but the chemical quality was bad. Also, the one drone was like $80. The other one was like $220 but I got the DJI mini two SE for combo and the DJI Mavic mini but I’m holystone you are the worst shame on you. I lost $300 wow I can’t believe how bad holy Stone is I just lost $300 all for that wow like that was my heart harder money I’ve been working at like a job for like a long time so

Actually Terrible controls
After like, an hour of finding out the controls, I took the drone outside to try it. When I pressed the lift off button, the drone started flying a random direction. It went over a lake, and the button that was meant to go left and right when up and down? I ended up losing it because your product is a waste of money.

Horrible, AVOID!!!
Graphics are bad, can’t connect WiFi, and the blades aren’t spinning. Y’all AVOID!! Wast of money.
Trying to set up my HS110D
The app will not create a wifi connection and therefore doesn’t connect to the drone.
No instructions and no videos to help. VERY disappointing.
I was so looking forward to using this drone and when proficient to get a larger and more capable drone.
I guess I’ll look at other manufacturers of drones.

Don’t buy a holy stone drone
I was flying one of their drones and it was awesome. I was about 300 feet in the air and then this app kicked me off sent me back to home screen and I lost connection with the drone and then it went berserk and we lost it. goodbye $300.
