Not usable

I connected all the devices and they appear offline on Alexa/google home. I have done the configuration like 50 times, removed and relinked and it never works properly.
If I’m not home half of the things appear offline.
I have opened like 10 feedbacks for getting support and haven’t been contacted not even once.
