1. Push notifications & Notifications Center: HomeAlly now sends push alerts for upcoming visit reminders, completed visits, and new comments on your visits and requests, each opening straight to the relevant thread; a new Notifications Center in the app keeps them all in one place with an unread badge, and a settings screen lets you switch each type (or all of them) on and off. 2. Photos & requests: Before/After photos from your team's work now appear on each visit line item, request photos and PDFs open right in the app, and requests carry new fields and sort by when they were actually last updated. 3. Control over your visits: Open any visit and tap an item to Decline it for that visit (and Reactivate it if you change your mind), change how often a maintenance item recurs, or remove it from your maintenance plan entirely; every change is confirmed instantly and logged for your HomeAlly team.
