Login issues
For the last few days, the mobile app has not worked on my behave! It wouldn’t allow me to enroll, I had to go online to do so, then once I enrolled the app won’t login me in!!!!!
Doesn't work since update!!
Since the last update, the app closes the second I log in. There is no place I can find to contact the developers. We have tried changing all kinds of settings, I've been on the phone w their tech support, tried uninstalling and re-installing. My iphone is old and the Touch ID no longer works because of damage, so this may be a factor. But it's still definitely a bug, because this never happened on any previous version of the app, and the phone's been damaged in this way for years. Then again I'm not sure it's related anyway, because I have since turned off any Touch ID settings on iOS and entirely deleted my fingerprint, in an attempt to fix this problem. App also closes before I'm able to change its Touch ID settings. Now I can't deposit checks from home, and I live far away from the bank, and I guess I'll just have to change banks now because of this stupid app update.

Can’t copy and paste user/password
I’m writing this review in hopes of bringing attention to a bug. I’ll remove this review or change the start rating after a fix.
For the last month or so I haven’t been able to copy and paste my password into the home bank app from another. I’ve tested copy/pasting username as well and it doesn’t work either. I copy text from one app and paste it into the user/password field, my iPhone says “Home Bank pasted from [app]” but nothing shows up. This is particularly annoying because my password is randomly generated and it is a long string characters.
Please fix this, thank you.

Alerts
Update: the alerts work, but they are no longer in real time. If your debit card is used on Monday you will not get an alert until Tuesday.
Not the best
I don’t like how this application just lists the debts from your account and not your ongoing account balance next to the debt. My previous bank did that. Is easier for the customer to keep up with the account and in my opinion shows integrity on the banks behalf.
