Useless app for 2 parents
My wife and I apparently have our own accounts for our daughter. She’s had access to app features as she was the first to do the clearance thing. We did a merge clearance with my account. I can access the school sports schedule but that’s it. No chats, no ability to change notification preferences. Nothings. I have been getting email notifications for chats even before we merged clearance. Now my wife is no longer getting notifications which is a huge hassle since she usually manages the chats. Now I am having to let her know when I get email notifications. Useless. How hard is it allow both parents access to their kids?

Shooting for the lowest bar possible.
This app is becoming almost unusable. Even the most basic functions—like reliably bringing up the keyboard to type, editing information, or making a simple update—are frustrating and inconsistent. These are fundamental usability features. If basic input and editing don’t work smoothly, it makes me question the value of using the app at all.

Buggy app
The app is buggy and it does not help that my son’s district is forcing the use of it in every aspect.
This app sucks
It’s a good idea, but the login doesn’t work half the time. There is no teacher/coach option when registering?! Sometimes the app says needs to be approved by school as well. Go use group me or band for a better app
