Home Care LINK uses smartphones and tablets to record the actions and observations performed by in-home caregivers. These data are processed and stored in each clients' secure website. This is done using Oversight's Mobile Worker Connection software.

- What care was provided
- When the care was provided
- Where the care was provided with GPS
- Medical providers’ testing requirements
- Medication reminders
- Observations based on medical providers’ checklists
