Ordered the KAY 2-piece coffee table set and received only one table. Incomplete delivery and very poor service through the app. Completely unacceptable

Mistake item
I’ve placed an order from you twice, and both times the same mistake happened! The first time, I ordered a brown rug, but you sent it in white. I returned it, and you refunded the amount to my Shukran wallet. I ordered it again a second time in brown and paid from my Shukran wallet. I even confirmed with customer service that the color is brown, and the delivery person also told me over the phone that the rug is brown. But when it arrived, it was the same mistake again — the color is white, just like the first time! This is very frustrating, and I want to speak with a supervisor immediately.

Poor customer call center
Worst customer service experience!! Where should one complain against the customer service support! Have been on hold for 10-15mins every time called since last 1 month. Always unreachable! Large item delivery/Bed was promised to be assembled later but have been trying to contact but customer service is highly poor!!!

I ordered my office table and chair online, and I’m very satisfied with the overall experience. The website is easy to navigate, product details were accurate, and checkout was smooth. Only the delivery time is more than 1-week which is quite long. Hope that you can shorten it to 2-3 days
