Why no updates??
This game is fun to play but the developers do not provide any updates to the game. I paid for VIP and there are no games for me to play without replaying the ones I’ve already completed. With the exception of rare master games, there have been no updates in over a year. I would suggest that no one pay for VIP.

Loved but time to leave
I truly loved this game and will miss it. Been on it for years but I have completed all. I’ll miss it.

What happened
Does this game still even have a developer? I don’t get it, update but literally nothing new or a Facebook pace that’s current. It’s weird.
Need new regular levels
I use to love playing this game, but I finished all the regular levels and they only add special levels now that require a Master Pass ticket. Even with a paid subscription, which I have, it is impossible to get tickets so I can no longer play. Contacted the company but they were not very helpful and did not seem to care that a paying customer could no longer play. No longer paying until they start adding regular levels again.

One of my faves but…
I’ve been playing this for several years. I beat all of the levels (except locked holiday packs I had missed) a couple years ago. With no way to really earn coins, I couldn’t buy Master Tickets.
I finally broke down and uninstalled the game… then reinstalled. I was placed in the tutorial as I had hoped. When I beat the level, I was prompted for the cloud/local save and shoot. I thought my plan was ruined.
But nope. It didn’t load any of the saves and I’ve been able to restart the entire game.
And I subscribe at the lowest tier (as I had in the past).
Are the holiday packs going to be unlocked? Even before the restart, no packs became available during holiday events.
I do hope many, many puzzles are added (black and white preferred lol)

No more photos
I finished Vegetables and Fruit photo as well as completed 48 puzzles on the locations including Africa and Oceania and I have not had any new photos for months. There is an event coming up and I have no puzzles. This was the only game on my phone and I have updated the game.
Scammy pop-up ad
I used to love this game even with the ads all over it, but there’s a new one that randomly takes you out of the game to a fake Amazon prime app saying you won something. It’s happened three times to me just this morning, or I wouldn’t have written a review. Y’all are shady now.
Can’t play
Love playing this game but there hasn’t been anything new. I beat all the puzzles. Please add some new levels
Can’t get Facebook event
I’ve never been able to link my Facebook to this game to unlock the event puzzles. I liked and followed on Facebook and updated my game in the app.
Unable to play
Game crashes unable to play. Updated again today and still crashes. Please fix.
Game issues
I really enjoyed the game but sometimes I play and an email envelope and emergency response comes up and then I have to uninstall and reinstall and I can reset or play my old one I accidentally hit the wrong one and hit reset.
Metajoy Support
I’ve been playing this “game / puzzle” for a couple of years or so and just love it. I recently renewed my annual vip package using my iphone; but the package didn’t transfer to my ipad when I logged in. When I contacted metajoy to help me resolve this issue, i got the message that “this is not a live chat”. It takes HOURS and HOURS to get a response. Finally when I did, I responded back………it took hours and hours upon hours for them to reply. I,m still waiting. VERY FRUSTRATING; especially since I’m a paying customer.

I love this app but need more games!
I’ve done all of the games, without paying for VIP. Supposedly a new master pack was released, I updated and still no new master pack. And even if it’s there, I can’t earn more tickets to play it without paying, if there aren’t new levels to play.

No more games
I’ve had this game for a while & enjoy playing it. However, I’ve completed every puzzle except for VIP a long time ago. And I was told several months ago that new puzzles will release soon. The only new puzzles have been for master pass, which you can’t do without tickets. You can’t earn tickets without levels to complete or buying them. And then recently I was told no new puzzles will be released any time soon. So unless I want to pay for VIP, this game is worthless to me.

Great game too many ads
I always loved to do this type of puzzle using pen and paper. It’s enhanced by doing it on a screen, now we can have colour too. I really love the imagination of the game creators. So many neat puzzles to do. They’re logic puzzles where you colour the squares in a certain pattern, according to the clues.
However I took a star off because of the massive number of ads. There’s an ad when you start playing a puzzle, and an ad at the end. Plus you can get free currency daily, but it’s geared towards watching as many ads as they can force you to. The “double” button is big and bright and appears around ten seconds before the “claim” button which is not even a button it’s just plain black text. A child playing would have no chance to resist. Worst of all, when you click on the “claim” button, another ad-watching button appears right under your finger. So if you missed the first watch ad to double button, you’re almost guaranteed not to miss the second one. And clicking on the “claim” text should mean you don’t watch an ad, but this is not often the case. I used to play this app last year, then I stopped because my phone ran out of space and it was auto-offloaded. The amount of ads then compared with the amount now, it’s gone crazy, they’re now so intrusive it’s hard to even play the game. Ironically one of the ads is for a game called “Kings Quest” and one of the selling points of that game is it has no ads.
I was thinking about taking off another point because you just can’t close so many of the ads, they have no close box, but on second thoughts I think that should be under the same Star I got rid of earlier, and I still think it’s a really great game that deserves at least 4 stars, just please reduce the ads by half, and learn that no doesn’t mean yes. If someone doesn’t click “watch an ad to double reward” they’re not consenting to watch an ad, so ethically you would not play them one.
Also a few issues with contrast, especially on the coloured games. I have a small screen, and I’m finding it really hard to see the numbers at times, because there’s not enough contrast between the colour and the number inside the coloured box. Look up web accessibility guidelines and web design ethics, yes I’m studying this right now. Some of the colours are pretty hard to tell apart too, especially when you’ve used white text on one colour, and black text on the similar colour. It’s a well known optical illusion that a different colour of text can make the background appear lighter or darker.

What happened in the latest update?!
Loved this game and was 4.5 stars in my book.
Now though it is playing ads in the middle of a game.
This is not necessary in a puzzle game. I wouldn’t mind if it was a banner but this covers the whole screen so I lose track of where I am. It was every 20 secs at one point.
Also the figgerit game ad keeps crashing the game out so I get a blank screen and no close button. Have had to reset the game 3 times in the last hour.
