Home Design Plus

This app cost a fortune and is absolutely hopeless. It crashes every time is try to use it. I want my money back

Crashing

According to the description and images, this app should be great. However, I'm having issues with this app crashing almost instantly upon starting a project. Hopefully this is just an iOS 7 upgrade issue that can be resolved quickly and is not a permanent issue.

I am a design professional looking for a program to easily put together floorplans for clients and I have a project due in a week. Will there be a fix to the crashing problem by then, or will I be getting a refund? This is not a cheap app. :/

Also confused, and suspicious of a scam

As with statethefacts1 I cannot find how to access most of the advertised features. Worryingly, the designer's web site seems to be a random asian collection of sales ads, all in east asian text. I don't go crying for refunds - caveat emptor and all that, but I wish I had held back on this one.

If you haven't taken the bait yet I strongly advise you to swim quickly past.

If i could get my money back i would. This doesn't do %90 of what it advertises it does. A serious scam.

Confused

Several advertised features don't seem to be present nor any instruction on how to access them. Only 2D overhead view with no 3D (the advert shows 3D rendered images). No way to use your own photos for skins or any other reason. No colour nor texture selection. If this is all it does, it's a rip-off. Tell me I'm missing something, please!
