Could be better
I don't find this app to be useful on the field. Should add tools such as scheduling. The oasis resources are helpful but I think there should be more for an app we have to pay for.

They are on the right track but have a ways to go. The resource section could be a wonderful tool when in the field. A lot of times we have to wait till the next visit to share educational information. Including best practices here would be wonderful. The resource section keep asking to update but once it has completed the update there is nothing there.
An OASIS section would be good too. Nice to have the directions here. News , voice recordings and icd 9 good too!

Just bought this
I just bought this app which was recommended by one of the nurses I work with. Its really easy to look up ICD9 codes. I think you should include a way to save favorites or most used codes.

This app beats flipping through a 10lb ICD-9 book. The process of being able to look up dx codes have never been easier. Each code has been conveniently categorized by systems, E-codes, and V-codes. Being able to have this application handy at all times can maximize your functionality as a home health employee whether you are a visiting nurse, QA, Clinical Supervisor, Oasis Encoder, etc. They have also included an episode calculator to ensure that you input the correct certification period which can eliminate 485 errors and denials. And knowing how strict Joint Commission and Medicare are, we know that everything has to match up to the tee! Bravo to the developers of this app. I've been waiting for something like this for awhile! And I'm sure all the visiting nurses and home health employees can fully benefit from this nifty app. :)

Very useful app for a visiting caregiver!
A ton of cool little tools for a home health or hospice nurse or therapist! The voice note recorder is especially useful when I can't document at a given moment…a definite must-have!!
