Saves a ton of time
I got this to finally organize my garage and storage bins. Being able to just snap a photo of a pile of stuff and let the app auto-categorize it is a massive time saver. The interface is clean, it doesn't lag, and it’s way better than trying to maintain a messy spreadsheet. It just works.
Now I know if my wife is moving things on me ha ha

Want to love it. Data entry so easy with AI tool. UI and feature set not quite ready for the price being charged. Too much hunting through the UI to find things in unusual places or singular places. Many times after the hunt the feature is just not there.

Asks for payment before you even see how the app works. Why?
I wanted to like this app and I hate to be the first bad review, but this is unacceptable. If you don’t sign up for a subscription, you can’t even try out the app. You either pay the subscription or…that’s it, there’s no “skip” button or “x” or any way to avoid signing up. Why would you design it this way? Literally every other similar app lets you try out the app a bit before you are forced to pay or even sign up for a trial. It’s pretty stupid because I easily could’ve become a paying customer but I’m not just going to sign up for a subscription just to see what the basic UI looks like. Not to mention that the AI image recognition (the one thing the app does show you before paying) doesn’t seem to work at all for me, it took several minutes of processing before I gave up and tried again. The second attempt worked but I was never shown the actual results from the AI, (I was sent to the subscription page instead) so I have no idea if it did anything at all. Hate to write a negative review like this because the app looks decent, it’s just being sabotaged by the forced subscription.

Thanks for the honest feedback. This is really helpful. It is a totally free trial that you can cancel, but you’re right: you should always be able to see the result of the AI scan before being asked to subscribe, and in your case we didn’t handle that experience well. That’s on us. We’re actively improving the onboarding so new users can clearly see what Vorby detects and how it works before deciding whether to upgrade. Pretty cool
Really impressive AI. I took a picture of my bookshelf and it identified every single book on the shelf, plus where the book is on the shelf. And it even categorized them and identified their primary color. super cool.
