App is better than it used to be, but still an occasionally sensitive on check photos.
Give the clerk Michelle a raise
Was not easy to get logged into the app, but the clerk at the montrose branch was super helpful and nice. Wouldn’t have been able to without her.
Mobile app
Not user friendly, difficult to get statements and navigate app.

I hate that I always have to change my password. Because I have to change it so much then I don’t remember what it is. And have to call the bank to reset it
Fix Needed for Mobile Depisits
The app is always challenging to use when it comes to making mobile deposits.

My original rating/review is below. Since that rating was done they have now added facial recognition and password storage so I increased the rating to 4 stars. Monthly statements are still not visible on the app so it needs to have that for me to increase the rating any higher.

First, unlike other apps for financial institutions this one does not allow facial recognition for log in nor does it allow for my password to be remembered for later log in. Also it doesn’t not allow me to look at my monthly statements and therefore I can’t print them or save them from the app.

Takes a while to load. I would like to be able to see check images. Mobile deposits take too long to verify.

Most pathetic banking app
This is by far the most frustrating, annoying and difficult to use banking app I’ve ever had to use.
Best App and Bank
As a business owner I need the best of the best banking and access to my accounts I wouldn’t bank anywhere else this is how banking is supposed to be done!
