Bangkok’s best kept secret

Imagine booking your massage from an app, working around your schedule, and from the comfort of your home! I discovered Rlax after I had surgery and couldn’t walk and have continued to use it even now that I no longer live in Thailand. I book the massage from the taxi on my way to the airport, or at the end of a long day of conferences, all from the comfort of my own space. They are affiliated with one of the top spas in Thailand too—Oasis—another gem I love when a couple of hours of in person treatment is what I crave.

Email Sign Up Broken

When trying to sign up using an email address it flags a valid email address as not valid. Can’t use the app due to this bug

Apparently it only allows Thai email addresses - that is a poor design and renders the app unusable for a huge number of people. Any valid email address should be accepted

Convenient and top quality therapists

So convenient to book a massage during my toddlers nap time. Can usually book in the morning for later in the day. Highly professional therapists, who are consistent with the massage and treatments. My favourite is a 2 hour massage and facial combo.

Just perfect,punctual. Great no going out with transport costs and facing traffic. Was great oil massage. Will be using as first choice in future

Fantastic

The service from the admin/customer team is excellent - they answer promptly and are super helpful. The massages are fantastic and we love how easy it is to organise. The staff are professional and the services offered are better than any we have found in Bangkok, thank you RLAX team!
