I really want to like this system. I’ve had it for a number of years, and when I first got it, it worked and performed reasonably well for what I wanted to do. However, there was never a focused improvement on making the app better. But on gathering consumer personal data. This app now wants to know your location at all times and will not work without it; whereas in the past, it didn’t need this information and worked well. This is such a scam.

Not getting notifications
Since updating app to v6.8 I am not receiving notifications with iPhone 14 for indoor camera. I am still receiving notifications with iPhone 12 using v6.7......Can you please fix

Non è possibile che quest’app non venga aggiornata a iOS 17 … funziona male. Per entrare nell’ app si sta’ una vita e non si ricevono più notifiche sul telefono. Vergognoso per Panasonic un comportamento del genere.
The worst app - useless
I can’t see their network as the instructions tell you to do, so my cameras are useless. Panasonic is a joke when a comes to home security systems, their are horrible to setup. Never again I would never again buy Panasonic.
Panasonic your hub KX-HN6002W is horrible or the app needs works. Look at your feedback and you will see how many customers are disappointed with your product.
I have other systems that I pay less and they work wonderfully, not like this system is a complete nightmare. I’m only 10 feet away from my router, so what’s wrong?

Con IOS 17 non funzionano più le notifiche. Sistemate se no diventa inutile come sistema se non so se un allarme è suonato. Grazie

Dall’ultimo aggiornamento sono scomparse le notifiche e non permette di associare altri telefoni, dato che sembra che 4 siano già associati all’hub. Unico problema: impossibile sapere quali sono questi fantomatici dispositivi, ed impossibile quindi dissociarli. Praticamente inutilizzabile, sconsiglio l’acquisto di questi prodotti. Io il mio sono costretto a sostituirlo con urgenza. Da Panasonic mi aspettavo ben altro, che delusione.

App abandoned by Panasonic. It does not receive updates and using it has become a nightmare. It connects once yes and once no, when the phone is connected to the wifi network it is unusable, so slow that if there were thieves they would have time to empty the house before I was able to open the app, graphics 10 years back. Embarrassing for Panasonic
